Important Notes
• The Archive TV process can be time consuming. The time
required varies with the number and length of each episode
selected.
• Once you select
Start
, it is recommended that you do not leave
the Archive TV screen once the archiving process has started.
Leaving the screen could affect the archiving process. How-
ever, you can access other areas outside of Media Center.
• If you intend to run the
Copy Music
process overnight, please
make sure that the setting for Automatic Updates is not
activated. From the Windows taskbar select
Start,
and then
Control Panel.
From the Category view, select
Security
Center
, and then
Automatic Updates
. From the Automatic
Updates screen, select the option
Notify me but don’t
automatically download or install them
and select
OK
.
For High Definition Users
: High Definition content cannot be
archived from an ATSC HD Tuner. Please use the MCE feature
Create DVDs
when using high definition content to burn/create a
DVD. Please note that when viewing the newly created DVD, the
content will NOT be high definition.
