Your computer does not recognize the camera

Set [USB Connect Setting] to [Mass Storage].
Use the dedicated USB cable (supplied).
Disconnect the dedicated USB cable from both the computer and the camera, and connect it again firmly.
Disconnect all equipment other than the camera, keyboard and mouse from the USB connectors of your computer.
Connect the camera directly to your computer without passing through a USB hub or other device.
Set [USB Power Supply] to [Off]. Your computer may recognize the camera.
