1. Welcome to Kudos Navigation System
You have chosen a cutting-edge navigation system. Congratulations! You can navigate and plan your route with an
easy-to-use and intuitive interface, just by using your finger. You can also use this application to plan your trip to suit your
personal preferences and interests and to save interesting destinations before you set off on your journey.
This manual leads you through the main features of the system. Though you can easily learn to use it and we still
recommend you read this manual to understand screens and operation steps of Kudos Navigation System.
1.1 Precautions
‹ For your safety concern, we recommend that you operate Kudos Navigation System before start of journey. Do not
operate Kudos Navigation System while driving as this might lead to collision or damage. Please ask your passenger to
operate it if necessary.
‹ Local driving regulations and driving conditions have to be observed all the time. They have precedence over the
driving instructions given by Kudos Navigation System.
‹ Although all safety considerations have been taken into account while designing the Kudos Navigation System, the use
of this software “provided by Kudos Navigation System” is not warranted against the accident or the consequences of
any.
1.2 Introduction to Kudos Navigation System
9 Seamless Map --- Kudos allows several map databases to be displayed in their smooth entirety and the user does not
need to change maps when crossing the country boundary.
9 Fast Visualized Positioning --- Quickly locate the current position and get information about the next turning point.
9 Smooth Map Scrolling --- During driving, the map will scroll up and down on the screen in order to help you get an
overview of your location (or position).
9 Zoom In/Out ---The map scale adjusts according to the driving speed. This allows you to have a proper view of the
map.
9 Day/Night Mode Switch --- The backlight of the map and the color of the indicator of the position can be changed
manually. This gives you a better visualization of the map at night.
9 Two Waypoints --- Allow 2 waypoints at most and it guides you to your destination one by one.
9 22 POI Categories --- Kudos allows you to search for restaurants, airports, gas stations, etc. in a very convenient and
easy way.
9 Reasonable Route Planning --- It takes traffic regulations into consideration when planning a route, such as one-way
restriction, turn restriction, and so on; besides that, user can change route options based on the driving preference or
conditions.
9 GPS Track Log --- Kudos logs your trip information. This information can be replayed or re-used for future trips.
9 Multi-POI locations --- Display two or more POIs with the same or close location.
9 Highway Signpost --- Displaying distance and travel time from your current position to the next exit.
9 Multi-language Support --- Support 10 Voices and languages.
9 TTS broadcast--- Support take to speech voice guidance function.

Kudos Navigation System uses Global Positioning System (GPS) technology for navigation. It provides reliable positioning,
