Using the mailboxes
The corresponding symbols are displayed when you have set up mailboxes. In an-
swering mode the number of ICMs in the mailbox is indicated to the right of the
symbol. The mailboxes include playback and delete ICMs, monitoring/personal info
(memo) and OGM functions. These functions are described in detail in the previous
chapters. Because there is only one OGM for each mailbox it goes without saying
that it is not possible to select the OGM.
Press the selection button next to
the mailbox symbol until the de-
sired mailbox flashes. The selected mailbox flashes.
E. g.
Carry out desired function, e.g.
playback all ICMs. Playback of all the ICMs in the selected
mailbox starts.
To go back to the actual answering
machine press the selection button
next to the mailbox symbols until
no mailbox is flashing. The mailboxes stop flashing.
