SOUND ADJUSTMENTS

Volume

Turn VOLUME (press VOLUME +,- on the remote).
Adjust from 0 (minimum) to 33 and MAX (maximum).

Muting

Hold down SHIFT and press MUTING on the remote.
Playback continues without sound and "MUTING" appears
in the display.

To cancel the Muting, repeat the above or turn up the volume.

i-Bass

Bass and treble

Turn BASS or TREBLE.
When using the remote, press TONE repeatedly to select the
bass or treble, then press f or g within 6 seconds.
Each level can be adjusted from "–5" to "+5".

•If the sound becomes distorted, lower the level.

i-Bass

Produces rich and clear low frequency sound besides BASS effect.

Press i-Bass/DEMO (i-Bass on the remote).
Each press of the button changes the following four levels:
"i-Bass OFF", "i-Bass 1", "i-Bass 2" and "i-Bass
MAX

".

•During recording, you cannot activate or deactivate i-Bass.
