Detail
In order to specify settings below "Network Info.", the software switch settings must be specified. For
details, refer to
"Specifying settings concerning the default address input screen and the From
information for accounts (mode 366)" on page 2-35 .
In order to specify SMTP authentication settings, the software switch settings must be specified. For
details, refer to
"Specifying security settings for e-mail transmissions (mode 380)" on page 2-14 .
In order to specify POP before SMTP authentication settings, the software switch settings must be
specified. For details, refer to
"Specifying settings concerning Internet faxing (mode 350)" on
page 2-32 .
Network Info. E-Mail Address(From) Type in the e-mail address for the account.
Range: Up to 64 characters
Characters that can be entered: Alphanumeric characters and
symbols (! # $ % & ' * + - . / = ? _ ` { | } ~ @)
SMTP Authentication
User Name Specify the SMTP authentication user name used when SMTP au-
thentication is performed with e-mail transmissions.
Range: Up to 64 characters

SMTP Authentication
