Problems with AppRadio Mode screen
Symptom Cause Action (Reference)
A black screen is displayed. While operating an application, the
application was ended on the mobile
device side.
Press the Home button and display
the Home screen.
The mobile device OS may be
waiting for screen operation.
Stop the vehicle in a safe place and
check the screen on the mobile
device.
A message prompting reconnection
is displayed.
A mobile device with a security
function was connected to this
product.
Unlock and reconnect the mobile
device.
The OS version installed in the
mobile device is old.
Upgrade the OS version.
An incompatible mobile device was
connected to this product.
Connect a compatible mobile device
to this product.
The screen is displayed, but opera-
tion does not work at all.
An error has occurred. When an iPhone is connected, turn
the ignition switch off (ACC OFF) and
then turn it on again (ACC ON).
When an Android device is connect-
ed, disconnect the Bluetooth connec-
tion from this product and then
reconnect it.
The radio audio is not output. The radio audio mixing is turned off. Turn on the radio audio mixing.
