PROBLEMS CAUSES REMEDIES
The machine does not turn
on. The machine is not
connected to the power

Check the plug and the
connection
The coffee is not hot
enough. The cups are cold. Warm up the cups.
No hot water or steam is
dispensed. The tube nozzle is clog-
ged. Clean the nozzle opening with
a needle.

The machine takes a long
time to warm up. Excessive scale has built
up. Descale the machine.
The capsule container can-
not close. Capsule erroneously po-
sitioned. Check the capsule position.
