Starting the pump
1 Mount the control unit in a vertical
position (display and keypad
section must be easily accessible)
to ensure effective cooling. Mount
it on a nonflammable surface (e.g.
metal).
2 If necessary, mount the pump-
head as stated on pages 16–17.
3 Before screwing the tubing
nipples into the pump-head, we
recommend you to wrap PTFE
tape around the thread of the
nipple. This ensures optimum
sealing and helps to protect the
thread.
4 Mount the tubing and connect it to
your system.
Fasten the tubing to the nipples
by means of the tubing clamps.
5 Connect the cable of the motor to
the plug on the rear panel of the
control unit.
Vor der Inbetriebnahme
1 Montieren Sie die Steuereinheit
auf nicht entzündbarem Material
(z.B. Metall) in vertikaler Position
(Bedienungselemente nach vorne),
um eine gute Wärmeab-fuhr zu
gewährleisten.
2 Falls nötig Pumpenkopf gemäß
Seiten 16–17 montieren.
3 Die in den Pumpenkopf einzu-
schraubenden Gewinde sind
unbedingt mit PTFE-Band zu
umwickeln, damit eine bestmög-
liche Dichtigkeit erreicht wird.
Zusätzlich schont das PTFE-Band
auch das Gewinde.
4 Schlauchleitungen montieren und
ans System anschließen.
Die Schläuche mit Schlauch-
schellen an den Schlauchnippeln
gut befestigen.
5 Verbinden Sie das Kabel des
Motors mit der Buchse auf der
Rückwand der Steuereinheit.
Mise en marche
1 Installer l’unité de contrôle sur un
matériau non inflammable (par ex.
du métal) en position verticale (les
éléments de manipulation orientés
vers l’avant) afin d’assurer une
bonne évacuation de la chaleur.
2 Installer la tête de pompe selon
les indications fournies en
pages 16–17.
3 Les filetages des raccords de la
tête de pompe doivent être
enrobés de bande téflon (PTFE)
pour garantir l‘étanchéité. Cela
vous permet également de
ménager les pas de vis.
4 Installer les tubes et les raccorder
au système. Veillez à bien fixer les
tubes aux raccords du tubes au
moyen de brides correspondantes.
5 Connecter le câble du moteur à la
prise située à l’arrière de l’unité
de commande
