PLUMBING:
Locate the upper radiator hose (Driver’s side) and place a
clamp 4.00” from the thermostat housing and another 10.00”
from the thermostat housing. Cut the hose between clamps and
install TEE fitting with the branch towards the Heater unit. At-
tach a new piece of provided hose to the branch and route to
the Heater’s Upper port using the provided hose clamps.
Locate the lower radiator hose (Passenger side) and place a
clamp 2.00” from the water pump and another 7.00” from the
water pump. Cut the hose between the clamps and install the
remaining TEE fitting with the branch facing downward.
Attach a new piece of the provided hose to the branch and
route behind the motor avoiding all moving parts and pinch
points to the Heater’s Lower port using the provided hose
