Place the oval vent’s plenum (bottom) under the dash and
sandwich the dash between the grill and plenum. Use the #10 x
3/4” screws to secure.
Using a 2.250” hole saw, drill a 2.250” hole in the center of
the firewall, right above the vertical kick panel. Using the same
2.250” hole saw drill another 2.250” hole in the previously
removed console, directly centered in front of the cup holder
recess. Attach an adequate length of 2.00” vent hose to the
Heater units closest exhaust port (passenger’s side) and then
route under console, up and out of the previously cut 2.250”
console hole, up through the hole in the firewall and attach to
the oval dash vent’s hose flange. Secure with zip ties.
