joystick in the desired direction. The joystick is fully proportional. This means the faster and the
farther you press the joystick the faster the machine will react.

16. Select LIFT Mode by toggling the switch on the front of joystick box to lift.
17. If the outriggers legs are up press the interlock trigger on the joystick and release. The outrigger

legs should now be extending. Don’t move or click the joystick until the outriggers are
completely extended and leveled otherwise the function will have to be restart by clicking the
interlock trigger.

18. If the outriggers are extended and the machine is level you can raise or lower the machine by

holding the interlock trigger on the joystick and moving it forward to go up and backwards to go
down.

19. Push the Platform Emergency Stop Switch down to the OFF position. All machine functions

should be disabled. Pull out the Platform Emergency Stop Switch to resume.

OPERATION

Before operating the machine, ensure that the Pre-Operation Safety Inspection has been completed and
that any deficiencies have been corrected. Never operate a damaged or malfunctioning machine. The
operator must be thoroughly trained on this machine.

DRIVING MODE

1. Check that the route is clear of personal, obstructions, holes and drop-offs, is level and capable

of supporting the wheel loads.

2. Verify that the Emergency Stop Switches are ON and the Key switch is on Platform.
3. After mounting the platform, lower the drop bar across entrance.
4. Check clearances above, below and to the sides of the machine.
5. Select DRIVE Mode by toggling the switch on the front of the joystick box to drive.
6. Verify outriggers are fully retracted and drive motor assembly is manually engaged. The

operator will be able to drive by holding the interlock trigger on the joystick and moving the
joystick in the desired direction. The joystick is fully proportional. This means the faster and the

LIFT MODE

1. Check that the route is clear of personal, obstructions, holes and drop-offs, is level and capable

of supporting the wheel loads.

2. Verify that the Emergency Stop Switches are ON and the Key switch is on Platform.
3. After mounting the platform, lower the drop bar across entrance.
4. Check clearances above, below and to the sides of the machine.
5. Select LIFT Mode by toggling the switch on the front of joystick box to lift.
