Makes 1/2 cup

6 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter

4 tablespoons low-sodium chicken broth

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

2 teaspoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon sambal olek or any Asian red chili sauce

1 shallot, minced

1. Place all ingredients in small food processor and blend until smooth.

2. Sauce can be prepared 1 day in advance. Store refrigerated in an airtight

covered container for up to 4 days.
