General Operating Information
If other sensor makes are
connected to the HMG 510, the
following message appears in the
display: err
The HMG 510 switches off
automatically when the unit is not
used for 15 minutes.
When the HMG 510 is switched
on, a two-line display of measured
values appears:
•
1st line:
Measured value on channel A +
unit of measurement
•
2nd line:
Measured value on channel B +
unit of measurement
The Portable Data Recorder is
only designed for connecting
HYDAC HSI or SMART sensors
featuring automatic sensor
detection.
If a channel is not being used, a
dotted line is displayed.
The battery symbol appears in the
display if the supply voltage drops
below 7 V DC. Replace the 9 V
battery in the battery compartment
at the rear of the unit.
