Problem: The CD that came with my Key/Pro ® does not load or there is an error when installing Past
Track to my Computer
Solution: To download the latest version of our Past Track software, copy and paste this link into your
browser:
• Choose ‘Run” to start downloading the file. Please be aware that the file for the full version 9.0
is very large, so make sure you do it when you have some time. Depending on the speed of your
internet connection, it will take at least a half hour to 45 minutes to download.
• After the file has completely downloaded, the setup program will start. Be aware that the setup
program sometimes takes up to 5 minutes to start after the download has completed.
Problem: Download completes very quickly and a message displays that says “Failed to Create File”.
Solution: There is not enough recorded data. If there are only 1 or 2 data points recorded, Past‐Track
software cannot download the data. Take the device for a test drive and make sure that the GPS light is
flashing. Drive for at least a few minutes and try to download again.
Problem: I want to update my Past‐Track software program.
Solution: You can now update your Past‐Track program by using this link in your browser:
• Choose ‘Run' to update Past‐Track.
