3-3. W-LAN Setting
The other interface available for networking is the wireless LAN. You can
set and use this interface by setting the “Network Device” menu as “W-
LAN”.
Because the wireless LAN communicates through a radio channel, you
have to configure additional feature. Please remember that the
configuration should be the same as your router.
1) AP Scanning
You have to specify which router or device should be connected to your
DP-S1. If you press the OK button on the “Network Name (SSID)”
menu, the following pop-up menu will be displayed.
If you select “Yes” with the OK button, the DP-S1 will scan AP (Access
Point) and list it up. Please select an AP on the list with the OK button.
You can input the SSID of your wireless router manually. If you select
“No”, a screen-keyboard will be prepared.
