Requirements:
1. Use only with Photogenic DR (Digital Remote) PowerLights.
2. Each Photogenic DR PowerLight must have a PLDIR-2 accessory
Display, which contains an infrared receiver to operate with this system.
3. Use with IBM type PC (personal computer) with CD-ROM drive and
available serial (COM) port.
4. PC must have Microsoft Windows ‘95, or later version software.
Packaged Components: (PLCPTR-2)
1. 1 ea PLTRD-2, Infrared Transmitter
2. 1 ea PLTRPS, AC power adapter
3. 1 ea PLX-5, five foot phone cable
4. 1 ea PLPA, adapter connector (phone cord to DB-9 serial port)
5. 1 ea PLIBM-2, CD software disk
6. 1 ea Instructions booklet.
Software Installation:
1. Insert CD in your CD ROM drive.
2. Installation will automatically start (please wait). Or, run Photogenic
PowerLight\setup.exe.
3. Follow screen instructions to complete installation.
4. Remove and store CD after installation.
5. Software may be operated (in a demo mode) without hardware attached.
This enables the user to create studio set-ups on one computer, save them
to a disk and then use them on another computer or as instructional train-
ing.
