INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND CLEANING

1.

WARNING! Always unplug the Halogen Lamp from its electrical outlet
and allow the unit to completely cool down before performing any inspec-
tion, maintenance, or cleaning.

2.

BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the Halogen Lamp.
Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts,
damaged Power Cord, damaged Guard, and any other condition that may affect
its safe operation. If a problem occurs with the Halogen Lamp, have the problem
corrected before further use. Do not use damaged equipment.

wall, and moved horizontally 90 degrees to the right and 90 degrees to the left.

3.

To turn off the Halogen Light, unplug the Power Cord from its electrical outlet.
NOTE: To avoid damage to the Power Cord, pull the

outlet, not the

.

3.

TO CHANGE THE 500 WATT HALOGEN BULB, remove the phillips Screw at
the top of the Halogen Light (part #13). Swing the Door Frame assembly down to
open. Using gloves or a soft cloth, gently press the Bulb to one side of the
Socket and remove the opposite end. Reverse this procedure to install a new
Bulb. NOTE: Do not touch the new Bulb with your fingers, as oil in your
skin will cause damage to the Bulb. (See Figure H.)
