operator must understand that common sense and caution are factors which
cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.

Avoid serious eye injury. Do not look directly into the Halogen Bulb (part #13)
when operating this product.

Use only a 500 Watt Halogen Bulb (part #13) with this product.

9.

Do not touch the Halogen Bulb (part #13) at any time. Oil from skin may
damage the Bulb. Instead, use a soft, clean cloth. Touching hot bulb an result in
burn injuries.

10.

Do not operate the Halogen Lamp with a missing or damaged Guard,
Enclosure, or tempered lens.

11.

Do not operate the Halogen Lamp with the Lens Cover open.

12.

Turn off the Halogen Lamp, unplug its Power Cord (part #14) from its 120
volt, grounded, electrical outlet, and allow it to completely cool down prior
to performing any inspection, maintenance, or cleaning on the unit.

13.

The Halogen Lamp should never be in close proximity to any flammable
materials. Fire Danger! Never locate the Halogen Lamp within read of children
or animals.

14.

Do not leave the Halogen Lamp ON for extended periods of time. The lamp
generates extreme heat. Turn the lamp OFF when it’s light source is not longer
needed.

UNPACKING

When unpacking, check to make sure all the parts shown on the Parts List on page 13
are included. If any parts are missing or broken, please call Harbor Freight Tools at the
number shown on the cover of this manual as soon as possible.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

NOTE: For additional information regarding the parts mentioned in the following pages,
refer to the Assembly Diagram on page 14.

WARNING! Make sure the wall to which the Halogen Lamp will be
attached is capable of supporting the full weight of the Lamp.
