To Set the Port Priority
Select System Menu | Tools/Settings | Options | Port Priorities Tab.
Click Add. The Add Device dialog box (Figure 2.28) will display.

Choose (or input) the COM Port, Device, and Data Type, and enter a time-out
value in seconds before the next-highest priority device replaces this data.
Prioritize each device in the same manner. Multiple devices may connect to the
same port if they have different NMEA Talker ID’s.
Click OK when finished
You may also highlight a device and select Edit from the list to edit Port Priorities
for that device; or you may highlight a device and Delete it from the priorities list.
