10. probe Use to set and monitor the meat probe.
11. keep warm — Use to set the keep warm features.
12. quick preheat — Use to quickly preheat the oven.
13. bake —Use to set the normal Bake feature.
14. convect — Use to set and toggle between the

convection bake, roast, and broil features.

15. broil — Use to set broil feature.
16. numeric keypad — Use to enter temperature and

times.

17. start — Use to start all oven features (not used with

oven light).

18. off — Use to cancel any oven mode previously entered

except the oven lockout, time of day & minute timer.

Press off to stop cooking.

Minimum & maximum control settings

All of the features listed have minimum and

maximum time or temperature settings that

may be entered into the control. An

acceptance beep will sound each time a

control pad is touched (the Oven Lockout pad

is delayed by 3 seconds).

An ERROR tone (3 short beeps) will sound if

the temperature or time entered is below the

minimum or above the maximum settings for

the feature.

1. convect convert — Use to convert a standard bake

recipe to a convection bake recipe.

2. self-clean — Use to set a 2, 3 or 4 hour self-clean

cycle.

3. delay start — Use with bake, convect, convect

convert and self-clean features to program a

delayed time bake or delayed self-cleaning cycle.

4. bake time — Use to enter the length of baking time

needed.

5. set clock— Use to set the time of day.
6. timer on/off — Use to set or cancel the minute timer.
7. oven light —Use to turn the oven light ON and OFF.
8. oven lockout Use to activate oven lockout setting.
9. oven control display Use to view active features,

temperatures, and cooking times.
