The camcorder has a seit-diagnosis displaw
This function displays the camcorder's condition
with five digits (a combination of a letter and
figures) in the \iewfinder or in the display
window. If this occurs, check the following code
chart. The fi\ e-digit dispkw informs you of the
camcorder's current condition. The last two digits
(indicated by □□) will differ depending on the
state of the camcorder.

С:21:ПП • Metisture condensation has occurred.
Remove the cassette and leave the camcorder for at least
1 hour. (p. 38)
С:22:Па • The video heads are dirtv.
Clean the heads using the Sony V8-25CLD/V8-25CLDR
cleaning cassette (not supplied), (p. 39)
С:23:ПП • You arc using a battery pack that is not an
"InfoLITHIUM" battery pack.
-> Use an "InfoLITHIUM" battery pack. (p. ,37)

С:32:ПП • A serviceable situation not mentioned above has occurred.
Remove the cassette and insert it again, then operate the
camcorder.
Disconnect the power cord of the AC power adaptor or
remove the battery pack. After reconnecting the power
source, operate the camcorder.

Е:62:ПП • A camcorder malfunction which you cannot service has
occurred.
Contact your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony
service facility and inform them of the five digits,
(example: E:61:10)
