There is a yellow marker on the neck-
strap at a distance of 45cm (1.5ft.)
from the camera. Stretch the neck-
strap out and use it to measure the
distance from the camera to the sub
ject.
45cm (1.5ft.) is the closest distance
at which the camera can focus the
subject. When using the close-up
function, make sure that the subject
is between 45cm and 110cm (3.6 ft.).
