2. The best thing you can do for your
camera is to use it regularly. If you
must store it for a long time, first
remove the batteries. Then wrap
the camera in a clean, soft cloth
and store it in a cool, dry, dust-free
area. Always keep the camera out
of direct sunlight and very hot
spots, such as the trunk or glove
compartment of a car. Keep it out
of humid and dusty places.
3 Replace the batteries every year;
even if they are not used, they will
gradually discharge.
