If the camera is dirty or has been used un
derwater, be sure to wash it as described
before opening the back cover ® or
removing the battery magazine ®. It is
particularly important to wash the camera
immediately if it has been used in dirty
water or in the ocean. Wash the camera in
ordinary tap water.
