13 Design and Function
This chapter provides you with important safety notices on the design and function of the
device.
13.1 Operating elements and displays

2 Temp – Temperature Button

4 On/Standby – Button
5 Taste (-) Reduction of temperature or duration.
6 Taste (+) Increase of temperature or duration.
13.1.2 Overheating Protection Facility
The appliance is equipped with an overheating protection facility. If the temperature of the
appliance exceeds the critical limit the appropriate error message is displayed. For safety
reasons the appliance shuts off further power supply. After the cooling-down phase the
appliance can be switched off and then back on again.

13.1.3 Rating plate
The rating plate with the connection and performance data can be founded on the back of
the device.
