15.2 Cleaning

Ceramic hob,

• Wipe off the ceramic field with a damp cloth or use a mild, non-abrasive soap

solution.

Housing and Operating Panel

• Clean the housing of the device and the operating panel with a soft, slightly damp

cloth.

Attention

► In order not to damage the plastic components, do not use any solvent-based cleaning

detergents such as, for example, petrol.

► Make sure that the bottom of the cookware does not scrape across the surface of the

ceramic field, although a scratched surface does not impair the use of the device.

16 Troubleshooting

In the event of a fault, an error code will appear in the display; it describes the

cause of the fault.

Electronic control of low voltage. (<145V)

Make sure the appliance is connected to the voltage indicated on the
rating label.

E02

Electronic control of excess voltage (>275V)

Make sure the appliance is connected to the voltage indicated on the
rating label.

E03 and E06:

• Electrical or mechanical failure
