3. Enter a serial number.
• If you have the Welch Allyn Service Tool software CD, enter
the 11-digit serial number that is located on the CD label and
on the CD case.
• If you downloaded the Welch Allyn Service Tool software,
enter the serial number of any device that you plan to service
using the software.
