Cleaning and Maintenance Instructions

As with all appliances, proper care and maintenance will keep
this grill in top operating condition and prolong its life. By fol-
lowing these cleaning procedures on a timely basis, the grill
will stay clean and work properly with minimum effort.

Cleaning The Cooking Surfaces
Before initial use and periodically, wash the cooking grids
in a soap and warm water solution. Use a wash cloth or
vegetable brush to clean the cooking grids.

CAUTION: Never try to clean the cooking grids until they
are cool to the touch.

Cleaning The Grease Drawer
To reduce the chance of fire, the Grease Drawer should
be visually inspected before each grill use. Remove any
grease and wash grease drawer with a mild soap and warm
water solution.
