One Time VCR Setup
When the VCR power is first turned on,
the language select and channel auto set
saeen appear automatically followed by
a prompt to set the clock.

To Set Language, Channels, and Clock
Turn TV on and VCR on.
TV is set to VCR channel (the Same one you set
on the back of the VCR CH3 or CH4.)

Using the Select/Set Wheel
There are basically two types of Wheel operation.
• Selecting items from an on-screen display.
• Entering information, such as setting the clock.

• You can also set by
using the same
buttons on the VCR.
Make sure the VCR is connected
to an antenna or cable.
If you use a cable box, the cable box
must be left on for auto channel set.

Push VCR CH A to
start Channel Auto Set.
• The following on-screen displays appear in sequence:
“CH AUTO SET COMPLETED”
“PLEASE SET CLOCK BY PUSHING MENU KEY”
MENU
Push MENU to display
the SET CLOCK screen.
Make entries within 5
minutes, or the VCR exits
the Set Clock screen.
