MANUAL PROGRAM
After programming all available channel, you can use the MANUAL PROGRAM
feature to selectively add or delete channels.

Procedure

In MAIN MENU select MANUAL PROGRAM.

Press the ACTION button on the remote control to display the menu features.

Use the

A

or ▼ arrow or the numeric keypad to select a channel,

n Press the ► arrow to add a channel.
n Press the ◄ arrow to delete a channel. The surrounding arrows will disappear,

n Press the ACTION button twice to exit the menu.

CLOSED CAPTIONING
The NTSC tuner has a built-in decoder that is capable of providing a visual display of
the audio portion. The program viewed must provide Closed Captioning (CC) for the

monitor to display it. The closed caption is displayed in the form of text across the
screen (white or colored letters on black background). It allows the viewer to read the
dialogue of a television program or other information.

Procedure

In MAIN MENU, select CLOSED CAPTION.

Press the ACTION button on the remote control to display the menu features.

Press

A

or ▼ arrows to select OFF, Cl or C2,

CAPTION OFF - Use when Closed Caption is not desired.

CAPTION C1 - For video related information that can be displayed (up to 4 lines

of script on the screen, where it does not obstruct relevant parts of the picture).
Script can be in any language.

CAPTION C2 - Another mode used for video related information,

Press the ACTION button twice to exit.
