Power Source for the Infra-red Remote

CAUTION FOR BATTERY REPLACEMENT
•Load the new batteries with their polarities (@ and

•Do not apply heat to batteries, or internal short-circuit
occur.
•If you do not intend to use the Remote Controller for a
period of time, remove the batteries and store them
cool and dry place.
•Remove spent batteries immediately and dispose of t!
•Do not use an old and a new batteries together. (
never use an alkaline battery with a manganese batt
Load the batteries as follows:

Note:
•The infra-red beam should be transmitted directly
Infra-red Remote Control Receiver on the front
VTR.
•Direct sunlight may interfere with the beam.
•The lightsensing angle of the Infra-red Remote C
Receiver window in the VTR is about 40®.
•The unit should be used within a range of about 7 1
from the front of the VTR.
