Interactive Controls

The figure above shows the front of the NucleoCounter® NC-250™. Three operational areas

are present:

Lid with sample tray behind

Run and Eject Keys

Tri color status indicator

The lid is located in the first area where the sample, contained in a slide is placed. When

the sample tray is ejected a Slide can be placed here. The Sample tray will automatically

open the lid. A spring will ensure that the lid closes again when the sample tray is inserted.

Caution! No parts or materials must be placed in front of the lid as the sample tray can

cause these to tip during ejection.

The second area is where the operational keys are placed. Once a protocol has been

selected in the software (se detailed description in the NucleoView™ NC-250™ Software

User’s Guide), an analysis using this protocol can be performed just be activating the Run

key.
