Lock On

Clean

Use the Lock On to prevent unintended use of the dishwasher.

You can aiso use the iock feature to prevent unintended cycie or
option changes during a cycie.

When LOCK ON is iit, aii buttons are disabied.

NOTE:

The dishwasher door can be opened whiie the controis

are iocked. However, the iock must be turned off and the Start/
Resume button pressed to resume the cycie.

To turn on the Lock

Press and hoid HEATED DRY for 4 seconds. LOCK ON giows.

if you press any pad whiie your dishwasher is iocked, the iight

fiashes 3 times.

To turn off the Lock

Press and hoid HEATED DRY for 4 seconds. The iight turns off.

Delay Hours

Seiect this option to run your dishwasher at a iater time or during
off-peak hours. You can add items to the ioad anytime during the
deiay. After adding items, firmiy ciose the door untii it iatches and
press START/RESUME, or the deiay wiii not continue.

To delay the start

Press the deiay button to choose the number of hours
deiayed.

Seiect a wash cycie and options.

Press START/RESUME.

The dishwasher starts the cycie in the seiected number of hours.

NOTES:

To cancei the deiay and cycie, press CANCEL/DRAiN.

To cancei the deiay and start the cycie, press START/

RESUME.

Foiiow the progress of your dishwasher with the Cycie Status
indicators.

WASHING

SENSING

DRYING

SANITIZED

CLEAN

Ciean giows when a cycie is finished. The iight turns off when you
press any button or ciose the door.

AGl¥e

The active vent reduces the sounds from your dishwasher. The
vent cioses, after the cycie starts, to iock in sound. The active
vent opens when wash action ends and vapor is vented into

room. Between cycies, the vent stays open for airfiow, reducing
the buiidup of odors.

NOTE:

There is a siight noise when the cover cioses or opens.

This is normai.

IMPORTANT:

The vapor is hot. Do not touch the vent

during drying.

The overfiii protection fioat (in the front right corner of the

dishwasher tub) keeps the dishwasher from overfiiiing. it must be
in piace for the dishwasher to operate.

Check under the fioat for objects that may keep the protector
from moving up or down.

Sensing

Your dishwasher senses the soii ievei on the dishes. Soii ievei
determines the iength of some cycies, the amount of heat added
to the wash or rinse, and the cycie needed for the ioad. SENSiNG
giows during the soii sensing parts of the cycie. Wash action
continues whiie sensing occurs.

Sanitized

if you seiect the Sani Rinse option. Sanitized giows when the
Sani Rinse cycie is finished, if your dishwasher did not properiy

sanitize your dishes, the iight fiashes at the end of the cycie. This
can happen if the cycie is interrupted or the incoming water
temperature is too iow. The iight turns off when you press any

button or ciose the door.
