The second row displays the time in the selected format. For more information about
changing between 12- and 24-hour displays, see chapter 3.2.6. Units.

Shortcuts

The third row displays alternatively the weekday, the seconds or the dual time.
Switch between these with Stop/CL.

Weekday: Displays the current weekday.

Seconds: Displays seconds.

Dual time: Displays the dual time if it has been set. For more information on setting
the dual time, see chapter 3.2.3. Time.

3.2.2. Alarm
You can set up to three separate alarms. In addition to time, you can also define a date
when the alarm sounds. If you do not define the date, the alarm will sound daily as
long as it is set to on.

When the alarm is set, the alarm symbol appears on the

lower right side of the display.

Activating alarms

To activate an alarm:

1. In the Function menu, Alarm is already the first menu

item. Press Suunto to select it. The alarm menu displays

the status of the alarms. When you open the menu for the

first time, the alarm indicators are set to off as default.
