Note: When you set the dual time, you can only set hours and minutes. The
seconds are retrieved from the Time option. So, when you press Suunto in the Dual
time option, you automatically return to the function menu.
6. When you press the down arrow, the seconds are zeroed. If you want to set

specific seconds, press the up arrow and the seconds start running. When the
settings are correct, press Suunto. You automatically return to the function
menu.

3.2.4. Date
The date has three different formats: dd.mm, mm.dd or day. For more information
about changing the format, see chapter 3.2.6. Units.

Changing the date

To change the date:
1. In the Function menu, scroll to Date and press Suunto.

The date menu is displayed with the first field active.

2. Change the value in the first field (either day or month

depending on the format) with the arrow buttons and
press Suunto. The second field is activated.

3. Change the value in the second field with the arrow

buttons and press Suunto. The year field is activated.

4. Change the year with the arrow buttons and press

Suunto. (All the years mean the 21st century.) You
automatically return to the function menu.

NOTE: The weekday is updated automatically on the
third row according to the set date.
