Fit a new spring. Hold the cassette so that the
spring is correctly positioned and can slide down
round the spring bracket in the starter housing.
Press the spring out of the cassette, making sure
that it goes all the way down against the lower
damper plate. NOTE: Press on the spring so that
it slides evenly out of the cassette all the way
round.
Eine neue Feder einbauen. Die Kassette so hin­
legen, dass die Feder richtig liegt und auf den
Federzapfen im Gehäuse der Anwerfvorrichtung
gleiten kann.
Die Feder aus der Kassette drücken und dafür
sorgen, dass sie ordnungsgemäss an der unteren
Dämpferscheibe anliegt.
ACHTUNG! So auf die Feder drücken, dass sie
ringsum gleichzeitig aus der Kassette gleitet.
Montez le nouveau ressort. Placez la cassette de
manière que le ressort soit dans la bonne posi­
tion et puisse descendre en glissant sur l'attache
qui lui est destinée dans le logement du démar­
reur.
Poussez le ressort hors de la cassette et assurez-
vous qu’il vient bien contre le disque amortisseur
inférieur. NOTA; Appuyez sur le ressort de telle
manière qu'il sorte bien à plat de la cassette.
Fit the starter cord pulley. Make sure that the
spring enters the notch in the pulley. Fit the centre
screw in position, not forgetting the washer.
Die Seilscheibe einbauen. Dafür sorgen, dass die
Feder in die Ausnehmungen der Seilscheibe
eingreift. Die Nabenschraube einschrauben. Die
Scheibe nicht vergessen.
Remontez la poulie en veillant à ce que le ressort
pénètre dans son évidement. Vissez la vis située
au centre de la poulie, sans oublier la rondelle
correspondante.

Now wind the starter cord on the pulley and
tension the spring. See under “Changing the
starter cord."
Nun ist das Anwerfseil auf die Seilscheibe zu
wickeln und die Feder zu strecken. Siehe unter
,,Austausch des Anwerfseils".
Enroulez ensuite la cordelette sur la poulie, afin
de tendre le ressort. Voir; "Remplacement de la
cordelette de lancement".
