INSTALL SWITCH HOUSING ASSEMBLY TO LIGHT FIXTURE
Step 14. Thread the wires from the light fixture
through the center hole of the switch housing as-
sembly. Then attach the ceiling fan wires to the
light fixture wires by placing the bare ends of the
wires together and securing with a wire nut.
Connect in this order:
• White wire from fan to white wire of light fixture.
Secure with wire nut.
• Black wire from fan to black wire of light fixture.
Secure with wire nut.
Inspect each wire nut and ensure that no bare wire is
visible. Pull each wire to test the connection is firm.

Step 15. Lift the switch housing to the base of the
fan, passing the two switch housing screws through
the keyholes of the switch housing.
Turn the switch housing right (clockwise) to engage
the key holes.
Assure that no wires are pinched. Make sure the screws
are properly engaged in the key holes, then tighten
firmly by hand.
Pass screws through key holes Turn clockwise, tighten screws.

moved in Step 13 to the switch housing assembly as
shown. Make sure to leave
1 ⁄
8
″
space for the light
fixture installation.
