Device Power-up Delay
Maximum time the device will take before it properly reports
itself to the Host Controller. "Auto" uses these default values:
for a Root port it is 100ms, for a Hub port the delay is taken
from the Hub descriptor.

Each sub-menu allows you to Enable/Disable and set the
parameters of Serial Ports 1, 2 (Front Panel), 3 (IPMI), 4
(RTM).
