RootSubsystem

The LNS Subsystem that contains all of the objects
reported in the XML file. If the entire network is
reported, this value is empty.

On import, this value specifies the subsystem into
which items are to be created; however, you can
override this value.

DomainId

Series of 0, 2, 6, or 12 hex digits reporting the
domain ID of the network.

ExportScope Y

1 SUBSYSTEM_TREE

If you are creating a subsystem, you must
specify the subsystem’s Name property.

If you specify the COMMISSION action, the
subsystem properties are not updated; however,
the properties of all application devices, routers,
and subsystems contained within the subsystem
are updated.
