Pass thread from back to the front through the
thread guide.
2 Thread the top cover thread guide by pulling
the thread towards the left until it slips under
guide. Then pull thread along the right side of
pretension disc as illustrated.

Threading the Lower Looper (Blue)

Open the front cover and thread the lower looper
as indicated in steps 1 through 10.
• Raise Presser foot to release tension discs.
• Turn the handwheel toward you until the
lower looper eye extends out 5 - 10mm from the
needle plate edge.
• Thread the lower looper area of the machine following
the blue color-coded thread guides.
