ENTRETIEN
Une réduction de la capacité ou une
augmentation du bruit indiquent que le bloc
de coupe doit être lubrifié. Déposer plu-
sieurs filets d'huile sur une feuille de papier
et l'introduire dans le destructeur (huile
spéciale - voir accessoires).
Il est nécessaire d’effectuer régulièrement
les opérations d'entretien suivantes:
a) Nettoyer la cellule avec un petit
pinceau.
b) Nettoyer l'espace situé sous la bande de
transport. Pour cela, débrancher la machine,
l'éloigner du mur, et ouvrir les deux portes.
Dévisser les 2 vis situées au dessus du
cadre de la porte, afin de libérer le capot
(
☛ Tournevis cruciforme dans le meuble
) . Soulever ensuite le capot et lever la
bande de transport par la gauche pour
accéder à l'espace situé en dessous (Impor-
tant: maintenir la bande de transport en
position haute à l'aide du bras de maintien).
Refermer ensuite le capot et le fixer à l'aide
des 2 vis .
c) Nettoyer la sortie du bloc de coupe.
Important: débrancher la machine!
VERIFICATION DE SECURITE
Le bon fonctionnement de l'interrupteur
principal
et la sécurité de la porte ,
ainsi que celui des fonctions "marche avant",
"arrière", "arrêt" doivent être vérifiés au moins
une fois par an. Ces vérifications doivent
être consignées.
Le cordon d'alimentation ainsi que toutes
les protections doivent être en bon état et
refixées si nécessaire.
MAINTENANCE
In the event of a reduction in capacity or
unusual noises, put oil on a number of
sheets of paper and shred them (A special
oil for this purpose is available from the
manufacturer - see accessories).
From time to time the following main-
tenance procedures need to be carried
out:
a) Clean the photo cell with a small
brush or something similar.
b) Clean the area under the conveyor belt.
First pull the plug, then pull the machine
away from the wall. Open both cabinet
doors and remove the 2 safety srews on
the upper door frame (
☛ Screwdriver found
in the cabinet ). The cover can now be
opened and the conveyor belt on the left
hand side can be lifted in order to clean
under the belt (Important: Secure the
conveyor belt with the support). Afterwards
close the cover and secure it again with the
2 safety screws .
c) Clean the shred exit on the underside of
the cutting head. Important: The plug must
be removed from the wall socket during
these tasks!
SAFETY INSPECTIONS
At least once a year the cut off function of
the main switch and the door must be
checked, in addition to the forwards, stop
and reverse switching. Records of these
inspections need to be maintained.
Power cord and housing must be secure
and undamaged.
WARTUNG UND PFLEGE
Bitte geben Sie bei nachlassender Schneid-
leistung oder störenden Laufgeräuschen
Öl auf mehrere Blatt Papier, die Sie an-
schließend vernichten (Spezialöl vom Her-
steller lieferbar - siehe Zubehör).
Von Zeit zu Zeit sind folgende Wartungs-
arbeiten notwendig:
a) Die Lichtschranke mit einem kleinen
Pinsel oder ähnlichem reinigen.
b) Den Bereich unterhalb des Transport-
bands säubern. Dazu Netzstecker ziehen,
Maschine von der Stellwand entfernen und
beide Schranktüren öffnen. Dann die bei-
den Sicherheitsschrauben
am oberen
Türrahmen herausdrehen ( ☛ Kreuzschlitz-
schraubendreher im Schrank ). Die
Haube kann nun aufgeklappt und das Trans-
portband an der linken Seite angehoben
werden, um den Bereich darunter zu säu-
bern (Wichtig: Transportband dazu mit der
Stütze sichern). Anschließend Haube wie-
der zuklappen und mit den Schrauben
sichern.
c) Den Auslaufbereich des Schneidwerkes
säubern. Wichtig: Unbedingt Netzstecker
ziehen!
SICHERHEITSPRÜFUNGEN
Mindestens einmal jährlich sind Abschalt-
funktion von Hauptschalter
und
Schrnaktür sowie die Vorwärts-, Stop-,
Rückwärtsschaltung zu prüfen und Auf-
zeichnungen darüber zu führen.
Netzkabel und Abdeckungen müssen ord-
nungsgemäß befestigt und unbeschädigt
sein.
