MAINTENANCE
Weekly, the backgauge guide

Twice a year the remaining 14 lubrication
points (see illustration) should be lubricated.
Turn main switch
ቨ
to position 0 and place
the machine on its side (Caution: Machine
could fall over!) Remove the housing
ባ
and
the bottom cover ( ☛ tools found in tool set).
Remove paper debris and dust before
lubricating.
Before reassembling, check the linkage parts

b from motor to knife for wear.
SAFETY INSPECTIONS
Before working with the machine and after
every knife change the automatic cut-off
function of main switch
ቨ
and control panel
ቦ
must be checked. At least once a year
records of these safety inspections should
be kept. Power cord and all covers must be
secure and undamaged.
POSSIBLE MALFUNCTIONS
• Electricity supply is interrupted! Check the
overload switch
ቩ
and depress it after a
short time.
• Knife stops even though motor still
functions! The safety clutch was activated;
please call customer service.

la côté (Attention: risque de basculement).
Déposer le carter

inférieure ( ☛ Clés dans trousse à outillage).
Profiter de cette opération pour éliminer
poussières ou déchets de papier.
Contrôler l’usure des axes et de la bielle

VERIFICATIONS DE SECURITE
Avant chaque utilisation et après chaque
remplacement de lame, vérifier le parfait
fonctionnement des organes de sécurité
tels que interrupteur principal
ቨ
et double
commande
ቦ
. Des vérifications périodiques
sont à effectuer selon les lois en vigueur. Il
est impératif de remplacer toute pièce sur
laquelle serait constaté une défectuosité.
INCIDENTS EVENTUELS
• Pas d’alimentation! Vérifier le disjoncteur
ቩ
. Le réenclencher après quelque temps
d’arrêt. Une répétition de cet incident
nécessite l’intervention du service après-
vente.
• La lame reste immobile malgré le fonc-
tionnement du moteur! Intervention SAV.
