4.3.5. Pulse Frequency
The pulse frequency is determined by adding the “On” time and the “Off” time
and dividing it into 1000. Pulse frequency is measured in pulses per second
(PPS). For example:
3 ms on and 5 ms off equals
1000/3+5 = 1000/8 = 125 pps
