Bin and Water Level Sensors
There are two indicator lights on the control board.
The Bin Empty light glows when there is no ice
between the electric eyes.
The Water Level light only glows when there is a
lack of water in the reservoir.
If no lights, check for mis-alignment of the electric
eyes or dirty eyes. Clean and or adjust as needed.
To check the electrical system, first check the lights
on the circuit board.
1. Remove the top panel.
2. Remove the right side panel.
3. Remove the control box cover.
If the problem is that the machine will not start, and
the bin empty light is glowing and the water level
light is not, the gearmotor should be checked. The
auger motor must start, and the switch on top the
motor close, or the compressor will not receive any
electrical power.
