Low battery indicator

When the battery is low a warning tone sounds, “low battery” message is displayed

and the empty battery icon blinks. If the battery level becomes too low, the phone

automatically turns off. Recharge your battery.

Power On or Off

1. Hold down the End key for four seconds to switch On.

2. Enter your SIM 1 card PIN code, enter your SIM 2 card PIN code if you have

previously set one on each SIM. Dual Sim menu will appear to determine on which

mode you wish start the phone: Dualsim activated, SIM 1 only, SIM 2 only. The

phone searches for your network and when detected, will display the home screen.

The home screen displays the signal strength, charging level, current date and

operator’s name.

3. When you wish to switch off the phone, hold down the End key for more than two

seconds.

Access Codes

There are access codes for your SIM card. These codes help you to protect the phone

against unauthorized use. When requested for any of the code explained below, key-in

the appropriate code (displayed as asterisks) and press the OK key.

PIN: The Personal Identification Number or PIN (4-8digits) protects your SIM card

against unauthorized use. The PIN comes with the SIM card; see the SIM card

instruction provided with your card. If you enter an incorrect PIN three times in

succession, the code will be disabled and cannot be used until you re-enable it by

entering the PUK.

Notes:

If you enter the wrong Pin code three times in a row, the SIM card will be

blocked. To unblock, you need to enter your PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) that

is provided by your network operator.

If you have two sim cards SIM 1 PIN code will be asked, followed by SIM 2 PIN

code.
