The EXTRA panel permits a rough but fast filtering for storing and recalling snaps-
hots and timelines.

In generating a snapshot or a timeline, the lighting keys show which switcher
selections are stored. In recalling a snapshot or a timeline, the lighting keys show
which switcher sections are affected by the stored functions. If the recalled section
is smaller than the available target section, only the recalled section is affected.
Example:
Mixing level ME1 is stored. The entire switcher is ready for recalling. Only ME1 is
affected, the other sections of the switcher remain unchanged.
The indication is also shown in the EXTRA menu under DEFINE MEMO.
