Complaint: RPM seems too high

Probable Cause: Sensor installed parallel to the floor. When installed parallel to

floor, the sensor will often pick up the magnet twice as it passes.

Complaint: Part of console won’t light up

Probable Cause: If any small portion of the board will not light up, replace

console assy.

Complaint: All of console won’t light up

If customer is trying to operate console without pedaling

Probable Cause: Confirm batteries are installed properly per diagram in battery

case. Note that they must be Double A (AA) Nickel-Metal-
Hydride (Ni-MH) rechargeable batteries which are about 1.2
Volts when fully charged













Correct RPM Sensor
mounting – Sensor is
parallel to the frame

Incorrect RPM Sensor
Mounting – Sensor is
parallel to the floor.
