Rotating portion of carrier relative to sliding portion
Probable Cause: For movement near the back pivot, tighten the seat pivot
screws. If this does not solve the problem remove rotating
portion of the carrier and check for broken or cracked seat pivot
bushings.
Probable Cause: If it is in the front, remove the front covers from the seat carrier
and inspect the return springs to see if they are missing or
broken. If they are OK check the pawls for wear.
