Complaint: Seat Carrier will not release.
Probable Cause: Something is wedged in the wheels. Try moving in both
directions.
Probable Cause: If the handle won’t move, the selector lever return spring may
be fully compressed. The set screw has been installed too
deep.
Back it off until one or two threads are protruding.
Complaint: Seat Rotation will not release or engage.
Probable Cause: The nut that keeps the rotating pawl on its axle is over tight
and binding the pawl. Loosen the nut ¼ to ½ turn.
